D E L I C I O U S  R E C I P E S:



1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds ground
1/4 cup flaxseed
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup of YELLOW Torula
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 1/2 cup hot water
1 large onion, sliced
1 French shallot (optional)
3 cloves garlic (to taste)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tamari
3 carrots, grated
1 red pepper (to taste)
Sea salt and pepper
Thyme and basil

Combine all ingredients and pour into a rectangular Pyrex dish type.
Put in oven for 1 hour at 350 F
Serve cold.

Grilles tofu sticks


1 block (454 g) tofu

1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt or 1 clove of pressed garlic
½ cup of YELLOW Toasted Flakes
1 teaspoon turmeric

2 tablespoons olive oil or peanut oil

Cut the tofu into sticks.

In a plate, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, YELLOW Toasted Flakes, garlic salt and turmeric.
Roll each stick into the breadcrumb mixture.
Place tofu pieces on a baking sheet covered with olive oil.
Bake at 400 ° F (200 ° C) for 20 to 25 minutes, turning sticks over while cooking.
Serve with a sauce of your choice.
